Intervista a Tara Swennen (stylist di Kris)

How KStew’s Stylist Got the Star to Wear Gowns

Tara Swennen has been Kristen Stewart’s stylist since the actress appeared on the Into the Wild red carpet wearing Chanel in 2007. Since then, we’ve seen Stewart in everything from studded minis and many T-shirt-and-jean combos to the more recent floor-length gowns and sheer jumpsuits. Quite the evolution. For the Twilightfinale, Swennen — who also styles Miley Cyrus and Kate Beckinsale — chose particularly dramatic looks, aiming to put Stewart in outfits that would reflect this “end of an era” for tween fans, starting with a butt-baring, nude Zuhair Murad number. “It took a lot of balls for her to wear that dress, so I’m super-proud of her,” Swennen said of the controversial pick. Read ahead for the stylist’s thoughts on red-carpet sneakers, Ghesquière’s departure from Balenciaga, and where she thinks Stewart’s style will evolve from here.

Intervista di R&K con il Washinghton Post

By Associated Press, Updated: Wednesday, November 14, 2:37 PM

LOS ANGELES — Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson sit side by side on a sofa at the Four Seasons hotel, discussing the end of the five-film project that made them famous and brought them together.

“Twilight” rocketed both to superstardom, and their real-life romance only propelled them further. With Friday’s release of the final film in the franchise, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2,” the young actors bid farewell to the worldwide fantasy sensation, but not to the tabloid attention they garner wherever they go.

Dedicated Twi-Hards were devastated when Stewart admitted in July to cheating on Pattinson in a “momentary indiscretion” with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director. Bella and Edward, er, Stewart and Pattinson briefly split, which not only threatened to jeopardize marketing for the final “Twilight” film, but unraveled the real-life element of the vampire love story.

Intervista con The San Francisco Chronicle (Rob)

In some roles played over long periods, performers can find a way to make their character evolve, bend to their will. But in the glittering vampire world of "Twilight," star Robert Pattinson found that some things really do last forever.
"It's a strange character because there's not too many places to go," says Pattinson of much lusted-after, noble "vegetarian" vampire Edward Cullen. "He's gonna be around forever, he can't die, can't get hurt, his emotions are quite fossilized as well. I think (series author Stephenie Meyer) mentioned this in a book: With vampires, once you start feeling one thing, it just stays like that for ages. Once he's fallen in love with Bella, that's it. There's no other place to go but worrying about her."
Pattinson looks fit, if surprisingly thin, and perfectly put together as he puffs on an electronic cigarette in this Four Seasons suite in Los Angeles. However, with the promotional blitz for the franchise's final film - "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" - only just begun, he's already sounding a touch weary, though unfailingly polite and willing to answer questions. Perhaps it's the sound of a man with one more hill before the finish line.

Intervista di Kris con LATimes

Intervista di Rob con il Washington Post

With the “Twilight” saga coming to an end next week following the release of “Breaking Dawn Part 2,” Pattinson, 26, can now fully focus on defining himself as an actor who appears in movies that don’t feature the Volturi. How does he feel as he makes that transition? What does he have to say about accusations that his relationship with Kristen Stewart has been a marketing tool used to sell a semi-steamy vampire romance? And is he really so up for a part in the “Star Wars” franchise that he would willingly play a live-action version of Jar Jar Binks?
During a recent phone interview, I did my best to get the answers to some of these questions. Here’s a transcript of our conversation.

Aggiornamenti Maps to the Stars

* Rob dovrebbe iniziare a girare "The Rover" a gennaio in Australia e "Queen Of Desert" a marzo in Marocco.
